"PArC - 2015" (Peru Contemporary Art) opened 22 April with 45 galleries
around the world over 2,000 m2 covered in the Contemporary Art Museum
An interdisciplinary program that combines art, photography, video and installations with prominent presence of artists, collectors, curators and directors of prestigious museums and institutions.
Among the outstanding programs and activities include: Solo Projects: Curator Emiliano Valdés; Lecture: General Coordinator Miguel Lopez; Children project for the weekend (April 25 and 26).
The realization of PArC allow to our country have an international level fair that puts the Peruvian art scene before the eyes of the world.
"The time is perfect because since a couple of years ago that Peru is in a rise and consolidation from the economic to the cultural," said Gaston Deleau, 2015 PArC organizer and experienced producer of art events throughout America. After producing with his partner Diego Costa Peuser for nine years Week Art and Lima Photo, Deleau considers the importance of a country like Peru count on a platform of art to PArC y Lima Photo, and thus achieving a projection, identity and outstanding visibility towards the outside.
In addition to the various galleries and artists participating in the event locally, the fair features exhibitions and parallel activities, visits to local museums and private collections. Besides have a program of international VIP visitors with over 70 guests through the city and enjoy all it has to offer Lima.
